I had an opportunity to purchase three nice properties in south west Philly. I had a contractor to convert two basements into apartments and had two tenants move out. I hate to perpetuate the dumb blonde theory and believe me, this has never happened to me before, but here goes. It’s Monday morning so I’m going through the first day of the work week rush; stop to get coffee and donuts for the office and gas for myself. Then it's off to work, doing my make up in the car.
